I splurged on a fancy indoor bike (Nordictrack s22i) so I can try to maintain some fitness over the winter. Just in time for a polar vortex cold snap. The first indoor ride was a Google Street View powered ride from my neighbourhood out to Cochrane and back, and it felt great. Next, a series of rides in the caribbean… (in the background, our demolished basement with mold resulting from a broken kitchen drain pipe, waiting for restoration/renovation work to continue in the new year…)
