How I work
Location: Based in Calgary, Alberta. Available for remote engagements across Canada and in-person work in the Calgary region. I’m happy to travel for on-site work when the engagement calls for it.
Engagement models: I work on both project-based and advisory retainer models, depending on what makes sense for the scope. Pricing is scoped to each engagement — I’m happy to discuss budget and structure in an initial conversation.
Who I work with: Provosts, Vice-Provosts, CIOs, teaching centre directors, IT leaders, and senior teams at colleges, polytechnics, and universities. Occasionally EdTech companies and provincial organizations seeking institutional perspective.
What I don’t do: I’m not a staff augmentation firm. I don’t do day-to-day LMS administration, course building, or helpdesk support. I work on strategic and design problems — the decisions that shape what your team does, not the execution of routine tasks.
