This was the first full week in the new role, and it was pretty great. What an honour, working with this team.

I’ve been watching Watch the Sound With Mark Ronson in the background. Exploring auto-tune, sampling, reverb, synthesizers… Fascinating.
Before that, it was the Long Way… trilogy - road trips with Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman - ending with Long Way Up.
I got out for a couple of rides after work this week. Hoping to keep doing that, before the snow starts flying…

I went to order this on Amazon, but it was like $180. Tried some used bookstores without luck, so wound up at Indigo Chapters where it was only $62. Amazon was a total ripoff. (I tried a few other searches on Amazon and wound up finding it for only $70. But why on earth do they list it at such different prices? shady as hell. I’m trying to avoid buying through Amazon, and this just makes it easier…) ↩︎
