Bootrace

On the left, a 5 year old MacBook with barely any ram. On the right, a recent Dell with gills of ram and a much faster CPU. It was still booting up several **minutes** after I was productive on the creaky old MacBook...

**Update:** another **18 minutes** later, and Windows 7 finally fired up on the new Dell. Impressive.
