The most dangerous stretch of my commute, by far (not counting dealing with cars). The snow wasn’t cleared, and was left in giant drifts on each side of the sidewalk/pathway. It hit +13ËšC yesterday, so most of it melted, only to freeze overnight. Slick. Hard. Sharp. Dangerous. I wiped out on this spot. Thankfully, I wasn’t going very fast (but I did have to duck my head, so it didn’t smash one of the cement pillars). Fun times.
